With over three decades in the tyre industry, Mr. Vipin Joseph is an expert in Truck and Bus Radial (TBR) technology, plant operations, product industrialisation, and quality management. A Mechanical Engineer from Government Engineering College, Thrissur, he has worked with industry leaders such as MRF, Apollo, and JK Tyres. At Ralson, Vipin combines deep technical expertise with hands-on operational leadership to drive world-class manufacturing performance. He is known for leading process innovation, strengthening product industrialisation frameworks, enhancing quality systems, promoting technology adoption, and building organisational capabilities to elevate Ralson’s production excellence.

With over 3 decades of experience in the tyre industry, Vidit Jain has been at the forefront of innovation across diverse segments including TBR, LTR, PCR, ROTR, Agricultural, Forestry, Industrial, Construction, and Mining tyres. A Chemical Engineer from Ujjain Engineering College and a Diploma holder in Rubber Technology from IIT Kharagpur, Vidit has held key leadership roles at leading global tyre manufacturers such as Alliance Tire Group, YOHT, Giti, JK Tyre, and Apollo Tyres. At Ralson, he heads R&D and Technology for the TBR Division, driving excellence through advanced design, process innovation, and sustainable material engineering. With nearly three decades of global business experience, Prabhakar Garimella has built markets and brands across MEA, LATAM, Europe and APAC. A B.Tech and M.Tech in Instrumentation, he has held leadership roles at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires, Farmtrac Tractors. At Ralson, Prabhakar drives international expansion, brand presence, and go-to-market strategy—strengthening Ralson’s footprint in key global markets. He is passionate about positioning Ralson as a trusted Indian brand on the world stage through customer-centric growth and partnerships.

Agraj Gupta brings over 15 years of HR and business leadership experience, shaping cultures that unlock human potential and drive business growth. A PGDM in International Business from IMT Ghaziabad and a B.E. from Bhilai Institute of Technology anchor his expertise. Before joining Ralson, Agraj led people functions at Anand Rathi Wealth and Whirlpool, where he built high-performance cultures, strengthened leadership pipelines, and drove organizational transformation. Ashish is an Electronics Engineer from Nagpur University, holds an MBA from Jadavpur University, and has further strengthened his executive expertise through ISB’s PGPMAX—Post Graduate Programme in Management for Senior Executives.
